y = 4, for all values of X
the classic form ia
y=mx+b
where
m = slope of line
m = (delta-y/delta-x)
and here m = 0
b = intercept when x = 0
here b = 4
so
y = mx + b
= 0x + 4
y = 4
So for every X, Y = 4 :) It is simply a horizontal line, parallel to the X -axis.
(-2,4) & (5,4)
y = 4 (because both points (y1 & y2) have y equal to 4).
Always nice when John reviews slopes. I kinda forget them.
🙏 Thanks for sharing!!
There is a tendency to make it harder than it is.
Y=4, Y=0X+4 if you prefer.
Y=4

f(x) = x + 4
Huh, you just said y = 4. That's obviously true but I thought it had to be a function. Anyway.
F(x)=4 , doesn't matter what value of x
@@mBOMBZz Doh, silly me. x + 4 is a 45 degree line which intersects zero at 4. My excuse is that it was a long day...
Thanks for the correction :)
Y=4
