This is the roughest of the whole soundtrack. I was able to find a bootleg of it, but the quality and editing weren't great. I used that, part of the original audio from the Director's Cut, and the album version, which is just an abridged version of what was originally cut. Did my best.

No kidding, this is my favorite song on the entire soundtrack. I will never forget the first time I saw the original ending.
When that old man and woman are laying in the bed watching that news report and then they get attacked, that sent chills down my spine the first time I saw it. It's a shame the original ending didn't make it.
*Audrey II burst through cinema screen and laughs maniacally as he descends on audience*
I love the ending for the play and I love the director’s cut, but I also do love that the movie gave Audrey a happy ending. They’re both great and I’m glad I can watch both endings
I agree with you! I like both endings, but mostly the happy ending one.
That's a horrible nightmare and romantically dramatically amazing.
The giant Audrey II plants in this ending are more realistic than any cgi giant monster nowadays
You're damn right about that. They look more alive using puppetry versus CGI.
6:17 Admit it! You sing "We'll Have Tomorrow!" at this part everytime you hear it, don't you?!
…wrong
…
…
*…*
*I sing the whole thing*
I do!
YES
Correct lol
Moral: If your plant is a Mean Green Mother From Outer Space in disguise, don't feed it.
Thank you for putting these together
Seymour Krelborn Thanks, glad you appreciate it!
@@huntercouch1561 Yep
I think about this song more than I should
I loved this song for the original ending for the film. Its so fitting and sad.
6:04 Audrey II stands on the statue of liberty laughing evilly
6:15 The end?!?!
6:20 Audrey II breaks the TV screen laughing very loudly and eating the cameraman
And the audience

I couldn't imagine a better soundtrack for the taking over of the world by carnivorous doo-wopping plants from outer space.
man you're a hero for piecing together and uploading this. thank you!
You have got to show this to Alan Menken, David Geffen and Frank Oz.
The End?!?
I hate that this version isn't on the CD. The CD doesn't have this same intro which is weird. I also hate that the CD doesn't have any of the reprises
This is why I created this ultimate version. I hate when soundtracks don’t reflect the actual soundtrack of the movie.
@@micahschannel
This doesn't quite apply here because of the musical form, but one of my pet hates with soundtrack presentations is when they add pieces of film dialogue on to the song tracks making it impossible to just enjoy a playlist of the songs. Tarantino soundtracks are frequently guilty for that.
It's good to hear this because it really highlights how overextended the Blu-ray presentation is of the mass destruction sequence. More effort should have been made to separate what would make an appropriate special feature on the disc with what accurately reflected Frank Oz's intended pacing as an epilogue.
LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS
Finale Ultimo (don't Feed The Plants) Lyrics
Track "Little Shop Of Horrors"
on Bandsintown
[CRYSTAL, RONETTE, CHIFFON]
Subsequent to the events you have just witnessed
Similar events in cities across America
Events which bore a striking resemblance
To the ones you have just seen- began occurring
Subsequent to the events you have just witnessed,
Unsuspecting jerks from Maine to California
Made the acquaintance of a new breed of flytrap
And got sweet-talked into feeding it blood.
Thus the plants worked their terrible will
Finding jerks who would feed them their fill
And the plants proceeded to grow and grow- and grow
And begin what they came here to do
Which was essentially to
Eat Cleveland and Des Moines
And Peoria and New York
and you!
Lyrics continue below
[COMPANY]
They may offer you fortune and fame
Love and money and instant acclaim
But whatever they offer you
Don't feed the plants
They may offer you lots of cheap thrills
Bars and Discos in Beverly Hills
But whatever they offer you
Don't feed the plants
Look out! Here comes Audrey Two!
Look out!
[AUDREY II]
Here I come for you!
[COMPANY]
Hold your hat and hang on to your soul
Something's coming to eat the world whole
If we fight it we've still got a chance
But whatever they offer you
Though they're slopping the trough for you
Please, whatever they offer you
Don't feed the plants
[AUDREY II]
We'll have tomorrow
[COMPANY]
Don't feed the plants!
Don't feed the plants.
The attack of audrey 2's
I like it 💜
YESSS
Why do I find the original ending so unsettling yet so appealing
in the stage show the song alludes to Audrey II’s eventual takeover of the earth starting with the audience and Audrey II is shown in its biggest form yet as the faces of its victims live on as flowers to warn the audience to not feed the plants
In the movie the true extent of the rampage is shown as gruesome imagery of giant plants destroying the world is shown which hits harder than the stage version
Big thank
I love this song thanks!
IT THE BROADWAY MUSICAL
FT. COLLEEN BALLINGER AS PENNYWISE
Classic or remake?
I was going to say this is very unlikely to happen, but if they can make musicals based off of Carrie or The Evil Dead movies, anything is possible.
This aged liked dandelion wine!
Is it possible to take the beginning part of the finale and edit it in with the version of this in the soundtrack
3:02
Eating Cleveland could only be an improvement.
I wonder why they didn't include the intro on the soundtrack
At least the Audrey 2 plant is not real.
Or maybe it's out there. We just didn't discover it yet.
@@LuckyPunkProd It’s not real okay, it’s just from movies!
@@aaliyahrosado7365 *you never know*
Yet!
I’m hoping it is!
that awesome, and i saw the original ending of this movie!
Cool
Such a depressing ending.
But Cool
Which is why test audiences went “To hell with that, give us a happy ending!”
@Tsunami no. The 1960 was great
0:36
2:07

I like the hint of "Gimme Some Lovin'" the song incorporates into it. :)
Shame test audiences for hating this ending had it been in the theatrical release the plant rampage sequence would have become a huge part of pop culture
