I think this is the 3 or 4th time seeing this home. Everyone has a style of showing it, I didn’t realize till you showed the stunning window room that it was that house! On one they said the owner was an artist and had done the round ceiling. The stair design looks like an eye! Excellent job showing this one!
Ya, some of these places are so popular that I have to wait a year or two to post them. 😂 There are a lot of rumours about this place, the paintings were done by an artist whose name I mentioned, did he own it at one time, it's possible but I couldn't find any evidence of that. Yes, those stairs do resemble that, good eye! 😂 Glad you enjoyed watching it again and thanks so much for your comment!!
I kinda like when everybody's explores of the same homes aren't all coming out at the same time, because it gives us a chance to reminisce about the good ones (and this one definitely was, despite the structural stuff). So many beautiful real wood touches everywhere throughout, that sun room, and holy cow did this one ever have a LOT of bathrooms--nobody ever had to hold it and wait their turn to pee (or bathe) in *this* house!! 😂 Thanks for another great explore and a fun chat with friends, James. Take care and have a great night! 😊
Ya, that's why I often have to wait a year to post, I get really bored of seeing the same people post the same locations over the course of a month. 😆 I think you counted 7 or 8 bathrooms right? That is so many! Glad you enjoyed it Carrie and thanks a lot for your comment!!
Great explore James! I loved the house. That sunroom on the back looked like something out of a resort! The number of bathrooms this one had was ridiculous. 😂 Thanks for bringing us along for the ride. 👍
This is one of my favourite homes. The size is ideal. It has everything i would need. Also the room sizes are great. Im saddened that it is gone. One heck of an awesome explore JH. Amazing work again. Big Hugs. 😊😊
It really was a cool house, especially with all those 80s design changes. Glad you were able to drive by it on your visit. Thanks so much for your comment Kimmy!!
I finally got a chance to watch the entire video😂. The house was very nice!! Really liked everything about it!! The kitchen was one of my favorite rooms!! Really liked all that natural light!! Someone put a lot of time into the painting on the ceiling!! Oh my goodness those bathrooms!!!!! That’s tooooo many to clean😂😂. The inside water fountain was pretty nice too!! Ok I will quit now😂. Love how you put the still shots in your videos!! Keep up the great work!! Be safe!! Pam❤
I would imagine that ceiling mural took hours! Couldn't believe how many bathrooms this place had. 😆 Really glad you enjoyed it Pam and thanks a lot for your comment!!
Super cool Crib Steve! I love these old Mansions! The sign in the bathroom says "Please do not throw paper towels or other debris in the toilet to avoid clogging. Thank you for your cooperation.." Keep up the great work and wish You and Your family a happy Thanksgiving my friend!👍

So Sorry I'm late viewing this one, but wow what a place it just goes on and on, that jacuzzi looks like a fun one. It always amazes me to be able to live in one of these mansions. Will be something to see the place they put here when this one went bye bye. Thanks for another great walk through, I really hope to make your next one I really do.

Oh, I just meant that baseboard heating is the most expensive way to heat your home. It might be ok in places that rarely need heat but here, where you heat your home a lot, it's cost prohibitive. Thanks very much for your comment!!
Oh, gotcha. I can well imagine. While I'm originally from Texas and Louisiana, I lived in Maryland for a couple of years and one of the apartments I lived in had electric heat. Oh my goodness! Crazy, crazy expensive!
What makes you think that? I didn't notice any obvious deficiencies in the 80s design aspects but maybe I missed something. Thanks very much for your comment!!
It’s high time you learn what that blue tank in the basement is. This property was on a well. It’s a pressurized tank that holds the water from the electric pump.
Obviously you missed the water meter sitting right beside it, the house was a city water and that's why I was confused. Why would you need a pressure tank, which is what I called it, in a house on city water?

Re: the Asian Signs in the bathrooms....Maybe this place was used as some sort of Special Occasion Venue
I was thinking the same thing because you wouldn't have those sorts of signs in a home most likely
The raised door step features would be a nightmare for tripping over and especially stubbing your toe.
