Merci .J'ai fait ce gâteau ,en remplacant la farine de ble par de la farine de chataigne . Malgre la différence de sucre ( -40g) et de farine ( -150g) , il reste néanmoins tres sec et bourratif. Il se congele bien . J'ai donc un petit dejeuner pour 1 mois .
