- Taking a brief step away from the race track, Episode 3 “Diamond in the Rough” features the world-famous Keeneland Sale. While some of the wealthiest and most prestigious owners in the world are looking for the next World Champions, others seek out whatever cut of diamond suits their stable - and that they can afford. The ultimate dream? To find a Champion.
Jeff Bloom (buyer, seller, bloodstock agent) walks through the grounds of the Keeneland Sale doing research on horses that he thinks not only fit his budget, but that may have untapped potential, like his superstar filly Midnight Bisou.
Enter Carson Kressley, an equestrian, avid horse fan and Breeders’ Cup Ambassador. Carson takes a road trip to Lexington to visit a few former champs including 2018 Breeders’ Cup Classic Champion, Accelerate, and legendary fan favorite, Zenyatta. Carson meets with Bill Farish of Lane’s End Farm, and they discuss the business of horse breeding and how today’s Breeders’ Cup Champs can spell millions of dollars in stallion fees.
Back at Keeneland, Billy Koch and Gary Fenton talk about their syndicate Little Red Feather which gives anyone an opportunity to experience the excitement of owning a racehorse through syndicated ownership.
Gray and Brian Lister, owners of Ashview Farm, offer a sneak peek into the world of selling horses at the Keeneland Sale. They reveal that they feel as much stress as buyers since the horses they sell keep their operation going. When one of their big horses goes through the sale ring, the result is a surprise.
Visit with the greats and experience the thrill of the Keeneland Sale in Episode 3 of ALL IN: The Road to the Classic, now streaming.

I just want to give a shout out to the servants and stewards of Breeders Cup World Championships for creating history. Stay diligent in your efforts, this is in its infancy, DO NOT STOP YOUR EFFORTS. It's about time! Love the inside behind the scenes, the series going on currently here and everywhere!
This is just a terrific series that advances the sport despite the tragedies at SA. It shows how much equine lives are treasured in racing, and the many caring folks involved in doing their best for these amazing animals. I’ve had the great pleasure of meeting Bob Baffert, he made my birthday super special!
Always great to see Zenyatta and to relive the call "this is unbelievable". Thanks 😊
Goodness, my favorite part- seeing Zenyatta!!! 🥰
Wife and I enjoyed this episode! Carson was so fun to watch.
Zenyatta looks like she can still compete
This is one of the BEST videos I’ve seen In years!!! And I watch them all! Just great coverage. Carson you did a fantastic job - so glad you are BC Ambassador! I’ll enjoy watching again ! Am planning to visit farms next year! 🐎
Attended BC In Lexington in 2015 and was thrilled watching American Pharaoh Win the Classic!
Great informative video, really enjoyed seeing those beautiful horses!
presenter's great !! love me some zenyatta!
If Zenyatta is ever bred to one of the Triple Crown winners - and I hope she will, once they have proven themselves - maybe as her last foal - the value of that baby will be tremendous. We can dream, right?
This is such a great ad for Lexington... I need to move there!!
Fantastic vídeo!!!! Good job, hello from Joel Rosario land...🇩🇴

"Only one [horse] is a Breeders' Cup Classic winner." Not true if there's a dead heat.
