LISEC VSA - Fully Automatic System for Applying Flexible Spacers to Glass Sheets

This fully automatic system is designed to apply flexible spacers to glass sheets. The system's patented application technique offers highly accurate application while retaining the spacer's shape, as well as low-friction and smooth feed of the spacer bars in unmatched cycle times. Optionally, the system can also be designed for processing a wide range of shapes in a simple and fast way. Two (or optionally four) reels, which are stored in an air-tight material container, permit the quick and easy change between different spacer widths.
Georgian bars / muntins can be quickly and precisely inserted in the downstream zone, either through a leveling grid, or simply by inserting them in the slots punched for the end pieces of Georgian bars / muntins (additional option).

Hi, no desiccat required? The super spacer can be applied to normal air IG assembly?
