I agree with Super Mario 64, that is definitely my favorite Mario game ever. I just recently completed it again with all 120 stars, the game is so much fun! Most of the games you pointed out were my childhood games also. I played countless hours with Mario Party 2, Goldeneye, Mario Kart 64 and Perfect Dark with my friends when I was younger, this is when the games were brand new too and the N64 was the talk of the town, man I miss those days. Great video.
It really was a great system. Mario 64 is fantastic, I have made it far in it but I have never got all 120 stars. I have seen videos of the cannon outside the castle opening up[ and you being able to get on top of the castle to meet Yoshi. It is pretty cool. Yeah I played a lot of fantastic games when it was in its prime. Sadly not to many people appreciate it today aside from retro gamers and collectors. It is a hard sell for casual modern day gamers
Yeah I hear you. The people of this generation are all about the "Graphics", and to them N64 looks terrible and they won't even consider it. The thing that was great about the N64 is you and you're friends came over to each others house to socialize when you all played in the same room, where as online play killed doing local multiplayer. Nintendo 64 was such a great console for family and friends to play and I sure do miss those days. There is still people like me and you though that do appreciate how great these games are that we grew up with and still enjoy them, for me there is just something special about the N64 and that always enjoy. Me and my wife still play Mario kart 64, Diddy Kong Racing and Mario party all the time, they still hold up to this day, for me anyway.

Rob Pascal I was living overseas when I started collecting the N64 games boxed so I pretty much was exclusive to ebay and a few games from Amazon. While this was a expensive route it did allow me to pick the best of the best copies to add to my collection. Now a days if you use Facebook there is so many gaming pages that can help you as well and can save you a lot of money. Bi know there is some N64 facebook groups as well if that is specifically what you are looking for. But definitely try not to limit your self if there is other options out there.
Rob Pascal I have bought some boxed games from Amazon but the issue is most sellers do not post actual photos of what they are selling and when you are trying to buy stuff as fragile as a cardboard CIB copy the condition can range greatly. I normally avoided amazon but when it came down to the games getting harder to find I then started reaching out to the sellers and asking for actual photos. Most did not mind but I always did feel bad when the photos came and the condition was not on par for me to want to purchase.
Pretty cool collection and setup. I am going for a complete N64 collection myself, just in PAL format (and not necessarily CIB, because the Nintendo cardboard is crazy expensive :P) I just reached 35% of my collection (PAL set is only 243 titles btw), and i often see, that PAL games are way more expensive than the NTSC version (RE2, SC64, ..). Is there some games in the NTSC library, that is hard to get in NTSC, compared to the PAL library? Gratz with the complete collection! Are you going for the 16 N64 machines now :)?
+Konsol Ting Two games that come to mind that are very expensive in the American format and not so much in the pal format is International Superstar Soccer 2000 and Worms Armageddon. Both highly expensive games. However I have heard that Snowboard Kids 2 and StarCraft 64 is a lot more expensive in the pal format. So it kinda goes back and fourth. Worms is personally one of my favorite franchises but I don't think it is nearly as popular in America as it is in Europe.

It has alluded me for years and have not found a good source or company to go thru to get it. But one day I might get lucky. Surprisingly a game that is not as well known by the collecting community as well.
Yeah, it is hard to find this game complete around here, a few months ago I saw someone selling this game with box only, but it was sold pretty quickly. The only brazilian website I recommend to look for it is www.mercadolivre.com.br , it is our ebay here lol. Try to periodically give a look at the website, currently they are selling the game loose and also the manual only.

+Moogi Beans Sadly I have no. When I first started buying them I was getting them in at such a fast rate that I was just making sure everything was there and adding it to my collection. About 80 games into the set I started testing all the games to make sure they worked. So I probably played a big chunk of them but not really thoughal enough to give a review or a rating if that makes sense. I did however document what games I did test out and which ones I still need to go back to, so there is a handful I will catch up on one day. In regards to a favorite N64 game I might have to say Mario Kart 64 just for nostalgic reasons but I do have equally as many hours into Perfect Dark which was amazing for its time.
Haha, I liked Perfect Dark too, I actually watched my little brother play that one, and I had a ton of fun just watching him play it : p And maybe you could do reviews for N64 games, you could make a show where you review every N64 game to come out in NA : p Would take a lot of time playing the games, though : p But thats way cool, yeah. I do want to create something similar to a Mike and James Monday from Cinemassacre or a future Podcast would be cool. I am still fiddling around with ideas. In regards to doing reviews, I have kinda stayed away from that area and I applaud the people that do it. My only fear with reviews is repeating your self and not really changing it up which can be hard to do at times. One channel I do watch in regards to N64 Reviews however is the channel " N64 Glenn Plant " I am in not way affiliated with his channel but he has been at it as while and has a lot of reviews for many different N64 titles. I highly recommend checking out his channel.

I actually do live in Japan now and i have a small N64 collection I did not actually show in this video. I have bought a couple VHS tapes in the past but far from a complete set on those despite the fact that they are awesome. I just started collecting CIB N64/ as well and I have 4 of them. A red, blue and blue pickachu n64 all Japanese and one CIB american black one. I have a long ways to go. Strat guides are amazing but i am limited on weight with my job and how much i move. So strat guides would add a lot of weight sadly
I am currently in the US military and one of the things they do for us overseas is they have a USPS on base. This allows us to have a stateside address while living overseas. So I have normal shipping prices thankfully.

Stop Vision Its a little hard to see but you can see it at 11:22 directly to the right of Toy Story 2. The word Beast Wars is the larger text so it is hard to see the word transformers in the video.

I still need to take the time and go thru them and pursue some box upgrades for a few but I tried hard to get them in the best shape I could. The collection took me ruffly two in a half years to finish. It could have been finished in a much faster time frame if I was not as picky as I was with condition. Lastly the protective cases I get from retro protection.com The guy is very easy to work with and I actually have cases for my entire video game collection. If you do decide to get cases I recommend trying to stay with one seller due to the discounts you will get in the long run and the fact that many different sellers cases alter in size. This is why I only use Retroprotection.com
+LAGGY MOO NTSC is just the format. In south america, north america and canada. Pal format is used in australia and europe and ntsc-j is used in japan. My set is the complete north american set. Sometimes the box art varies in different countries but it is normally the same. Same for the games as well but sometimes the games alter due to the different restrictions countries have on there rating system. Hopefully this answers your question :)
It is actually a pretty fun game. The price tag of it has climbed up recently but still good game overall. Hopefully you can get your hands on one in the near future.

Hey, are you in Japan? How did you get all those North American releases? I'm also overseas and am just wondering how you did it.
