Holden- Robert says-"It's Wednesday morning, I don't even know the date". LOL! YESSS that's what vacation is all about :) thumbs UP, and it's always best weather the day ya leave isn't it? Awesome! Thanks for sharing...We went to the Fort on a day jaunt.
This is a great video, but one thing- once you cross that bridge over the bay, you're in Pensacola Beach. Gulf Breeze is the town you were in before you crossed :)
Not sure how I missed this video. Well, at least I am seeing it now. I am so excited to go there! Yet another National Parks System place to visit!!!! Looks like the middle of the week is the best time to visit! Thank you so much for showing the campgrounds. I love seeing how things are set up so we aren't hit with too many surprises!
Great video. We do this every winter but, even with the senior pass, the nightly rate is now $20 ($40 full rate). The camp store is now closed so pick up your milk from the Tom Thumb store right by Peg Leg Pete's (before the toll). ;)
Cool vid. I can’t wait to visit that beach; it looks so peaceful there. Thanks for sharing. 🏝
It's a great beach.
I recommend padre island national seashore in Texas. What a gorgeous place!!’ I definitely want to go next year
It’s on the list

Looking forward to my trip there in a few weeks. .thanks for the post
The sandy beaches are amazing. Checkout Joe Patti's Seafood, 524 S B St, Pensacola, FL 32502 while you are there.
can you camp on the beach?
L. GT No, I don’t know of anywhere in Fla where you can camp right on the beach
Do you know if dogs are allowed on that beach? Thanks
Alpha Retta no dogs allowed but there is a dog beach a couple miles before you get to Fort Pickens. Pensacola Dog Beach West
Nice video. One of my favorite spots in the U.S.
I couldn't agree more... we are going back next year for 2 weeks

Mid-week is good, but it was also mid-September and kids were back in school
Well, yeah, that would make sense. Just realized the date on the video. Not sure how I missed it when I was binge watching.
