Not looking for anything to big or flash just something standard really small but with a little land if possible a nice terrace etc mabey a pool Would say 30,000 /40,000 but depends on what is out there and what I can afford I guess . Small build to be honest 1 large room or 2 bedroom open plan kitchen /diner/ front room so les cost on loads of walls one side bi folds or slideing doors a few windows etc one large shower room. And some land for a nice garden /pool area out side cook area sit round burner etc I have some ideas . But I’m sure there’s something bout there for me . But it would be good to understand it all and how to go about the doing it all safe with regards to laws dos and don’ts ha ha .

Yes, I’ve tried making friends with the other UA-cam in this area, but they seem quite reserved. I think Aventura will find the lovely tuba. Hopefully I don’t do it for things to do. I enjoy doing it. I love run a business in London at the same time I always very busy

You are not going to get the view when the rest of houses are built, they are all close together with no garden space
The house is the same price as a car you’re not gonna get a view with an expensive house in Thailand. You won’t get a view

And the house is all very different. I live in a detached villa and I only just noticed today that was the same height fence, but cleverly or not my next door neighbour has put a large hedge between the two houses. It makes so much difference and we are very private.
