Imagine being Dennis, training that hard and making it that far only to just get two kicks and a jump.
That is why a winner break format is bad for pool.
I agree. Although some may argue that it is a “may the best man win” type of format and while that may be true to a certain extent, it is not good for pool. Alternate break allows for even matching, even though it still favors the better breaker. ..
At this level of play, anything less than a race to a 9 is a joke. Race to 5 is played usually at amateur levels.
These are the disadvantages,of the continous breaking my friend.

I like how Filler bounces between playing with Carbon Fiber and Wood shafts and plays exactly the same. He is a good player, no matter how annoying he might be.
Wood is superior, that's why he plays wood. He only plays Carbon when they pay him to.
