I usually don't comment on videos but watching these videos has me as speechless as the people in the video. Not sure where to start but from beginning to end is fascinating at the dedication they have. It's rare to see anyone use almost all homemade product and to cook as the do in the forest. The time preparing, setting up, cooking process, plating, and serving are done meticulously focusing on the dish itself. I could watch these video any time and no talking is needed as the food speaks for itself. Great job on the videos guys and gets me motivated to to cook better and hopefully inspire as you do. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication. On a personal note, Mr. Ramsey, the owl is a great touch and look forward to seeing him in your videos.

The recipe sucks since the amount of spices is very little and does not go on par with some ingredients. The setting is extremely out of proportion, the sounds are enhanced as well as the editing.
As a chef that has graduated from the culinary institute of America, Napa. I can tell you with full honesty. This recipe sucks.

Jacquez Gibbs it's a great video but what exactly do you think sophisticated means? Cooking over hot coals? We've come a long way from eating like cavemen, well some of us anyway. I didn't think this prehistoric method of food preparation in western society was deemed sophisticated, I will amend my eating habits in future when next I'm dining. I might even bring a mallet and some road kill to a restaurant, prop it up on the counter and demand my spoils take precedence over everything on their menu. How truly sophisticated I am.
