Cara Mudah Membuat Nasi Impit, Tak Perlu Tindih | Nasi Impit Recipe

Nasi impit merupakan menu yang sudah tidak asing lagi di Malaysia, Indonesia dan Singapura. Nasi impit ini beras yang dimasak dengan air yang lebih banyak, jadi teksturnya lebih halus kerana butiran nasi telah hancur. Tekstur nasi impit yang cantik ialah padat, tidak lembik atau berair dan sedikit kenyal. Nasi impit sesuai untuk pelbagai hidangan seperti soto, lontong, rendang dan sambal kacang. Tutorial nasi impit kali ini menggunakan periuk nasi digital dan menggunakan beras putih biasa.

Saiz Hidangan : 10 -15 orang
BAHAN-BAHAN :
3 cawan beras
8 & 1/4 cawan air
1/2 sudu besar garam pink atau 1/3 sudu besar garam halus putih
1 helai daun pandan potong pendek
1 sudu besar minyak masak
NOTA :
1. Gunakan cawan penyukat yang sama untuk beras dan air.
2. Sukatan air untuk 1 cawan beras ialah 2 dan 3/4 cawan.

Nasi impit is a popular dish in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. It is compressed rice, cooked with a lot of water. The texture is smooth, soft but not mushy and a bit bouncy. Nasi impit is perfect to be served with chicken soup or soto, vegetable cooked in coconut gravy or lontong, peanut sauce and chicken or beef rendang. This is my tutorial on how to make nasi impit with digital rice cooker and I used regular white rice.

Serving : 10 - 15 people
INGREDIENTS :
3 cups rice
8 & 1/4 cups water
1/2 tbsp pink salt or 1/3 tbsp white salt
1 pandan leaf (cut into short pcs)
1 tbsp cooking oil
NOTE :
1. Use same measuring cup for rice and water.
2. Water measurement for 1 cup of rice is 2 & 3/4 cups.
