It always amazes me how much space is between the cyst and the skull.
Got up to a Dr Mudgil video. Awesome way to start the day!! Have a great day and thank you for sharing your expertise with us.
Hello dear Doctor Mudgil. Those cysts in that particular spot on the neck, so close to the " medula" kind of scare me. But that person is in the best hands he possibly could. 😷😷😷
As always it is a pleasure to watch you at work 👍🙋♀️👌🙋♀️⚘This was a big, deep cyst!
What a deep and great Cist.
Professionell and korrekt Work.
Very good Job Doc.👍
That squirter took up residency for quite awhile, but you came to the rescue. Nice job Doc
Thank you for being so kind to those people I watch a lot of popping pimples including dr.lee and some Asians but you do a good job thank you
Awesome work as always. What a cyst, I bet he’s glad that has gone.TakeCare and KeepSafe.🥰😀😷🏴🦋
You have the best videos. I appreciate you sharing them with us. Happy Monday, I hope you have a wonderful week.
Great way to start the new week. That was very satisfying, great video as always. Thanks 😊
Hope you have a wonderful week dr m. Great work as usual .you are the best
Love to see that you gown up before doing that. Some docs don't. You just teased that sucker out, no problem. ;)
Perfect way to start Monday! What a lil squirt that was! As always perfectly done by Dr Mudgil! Have a fantastic week sir! 😊
Great job Dr Mudgil! Very satisfying to watch. I’m sure the patient felt a huge relief.
Hi Doc, a little messy but I know you had your breakfast of champs today, Good work.LU
Hey Doc, great job with this cyst. I was wondering why I wasn’t getting notifications for your videos. I forgot to hit the bell lol Now I’ll get to see your videos as soon as you post them 👏🙏👍
You are SO good at what you do! You put your patient first, you know what you're doing, work area is clean because you "clean as you go " and you are mindful of your patient's "clean as you go also. I'm just so impressed. You have very lucky patients. 😊
I am sure you show the LA just to freak me, and probably a load of others out. LOL. It's strange how big they actually are. Obviously better to get them out sooner rather than later. A job well done, as always. Have a great week, best wishes from South Africa.
Good morning Dr. Mudgil and I pray that you and your family had a blessed weekend. You always put a smile on my face 🙂♥️. Always satisfied. Thanks for my pop doc👍🏼You ROCK!!!🙏🏼
All good on this end! I hope you and yours are well too! You are most welcome!
I’m just in awe of your technique. It is so consistent and beautiful in its simplicity. (If such a thing could be beautiful?) thank you for sharing doc 🤓🙏👍
Awesome procedure, as per usual and a great mid-week pick-me-up watching a doc who's quite easy on the eyes work!!
❤️Love & greetings from Colo ❤️😉😆😆
I thought it was funny how, just when you said you had a lot of numbing in, some squirted out. Great timing😁! This seemed like a toughie as well (but no teeth this time🙂) Great job 👍, as usual!💪😳
You deserve it, Dr Mudgil. I had no idea you saw these responses! Xo
Wow another one well executed. Thank you so much Dr. Mudgil. 😊❤🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Another great"eviction". There was a lot of goop in there! He'll be able to rub his neck and not feel that knot of a cyst!
Yes!
One of these days something is going to jump out of there.
It's ALIVE!
It's amazing how you got that big ole thing out of that lil lo hole 🕳😄 5⭐'s 👍🏼🥰
Hi my sweet hero. Dr Mudgil my days of dermo have been slowed due to finding out I have to have a c4 7 anterior cervical and disectomy and fusion with neuromonitoring. I have new disc shoulder neck and down arm. It is killing me. I'm 63 and am scared to death. I didn't know how to talk to you but wanted to know how I will handle at my age. I know its not your field but to me YOU ARE MY HERO. I have been fighting this pain for 5 months and surgery isn't until June 15. Words from you would help so much. I miss the followers who also love you. I'm already losing usage of my arm and wanted u know its so hard to type to you but more important for you to know I miss ya. Love Susie
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that! Although it’s not my field, I know several folks who’ve undergone cervical spine fusion who suffered from the same symptoms you describe (pain, numbness, and weakness). They’ve all done wonderfully post-op, especially in the pain department. Sending you good vibes and well wishes through cyberspace. 🙏🏽
@@DrMudgil you don't know how much I appreciate you. I'm in so much pain right now with a new rupture that is killing my shoulder, neck and arm. Thank you so much. Since my son doesn't love me anymore in so blessed for you my friend, my 2nd son❤️thank you
I think I have one of these and I’m so scared to see a doctor or tell my mom.. it goes away though it comes back if I mess with it it’s red and hard with kind of white spots like it if need to be pop
I'm glad I've never had a cyst, it cert looks painful. What causes this? Are some just prone to them because of metabolism. I've rarely even had a pimple & I'm 76 years old.
They just randomly happen in most cases. Sometimes, there can be a genetic component. ;)
Dr. Video too dark unless it's my old phone, I always enjoy watching your videos, think I need new phone, great job as usual
More blood than usual. Or is that more usual for that area? Nice work though.
Good Morning Dr. Mudgil. I do hope that things are just great in your world. Oh the procedure, great job as always even in the presence of a very stubborn little bugger. Also, are your arms getting bigger or is the treatment room getting smaller?
A whole lotta 'ole maaaaannnnn!
Wow, that thing was full
Hi Doctor, is it needed to get closer to the cervical bones S3,S4, S5,S6 and maybe S7? during a Neck Cyst extraction?
Cervical bones aren’t S anything. They are C for cervical. I think he is aware of the location and at no time was the patient in harm.
Question, nice removal, do you ever cauterize? In this case bleeding a lot, if you do not cauterize, do you put a pressure bandage to avoid creating a hematoma, we do not see the bandaging and no instructions, that I heard for Assistant
I don’t cauterize, as it’s very destructive to the tissue. Yes, we place a pressure dressing. 😉
@@DrMudgil thanks for answering, as so many I see on youtube, go crazy, cauterizing when not much bleeding, did not make sense to me as you are killing viable tissue. Thanks for answering me, as your answer makes much more sense.
Why is the procedure bloody and messy? What, if any, disadvantages would there be to a cleaner approach to cyst removal?
This is a very vascular part of the body - a bloody procedure is kind of unavoidable. Cysts can get messy sometimes, also unavoidable. The goal for me is to remove the cyst out of the smallest possible defect, which leaves my patient with the slightest scar possible. 😉
Good morning ☀️ I thought this was going to be just a cyst popping out. I have a question I get a lymph node on the back of my neck every now and then and I was wondering can it be popped? It only flares up when I am about to have a really bad migraine and I have spoken to my doctor and she said no and because I’ve had problems in the past with cysts. I don’t understand why I can’t have this lymph node removed because it causes a lot of pain. Any advice would help and I hope you have a great week
Take what follows with a grain of salt - wthout seeing you as a patient it's impossible to give you spot on advice. That being said, removing the lymph node likely wont help you, as a neighboring lymph node will likey get inflamed in place of the one that was removed. A better strategy is figuring out what causes the lymph node to get inflamed in the first place and preventing that. It's like a "chicken and egg" situation. ;)
@@DrMudgil I’ve never had the lymph node removed sometimes it flares up and then it goes away so I will be speaking to my doctor about it again because it does hurt when it flares up and I get a terrible migraine but thank you for the advice and I will talk to her to see what solution we can come up with thank you so much
Wow, that was stuck! Or was the skin especially thick?
Brilliantly extracted, of course, but it was a ' little spitter' too! 😊
Fast forward to extraction
Besides being a great dr..u r tall, dark and handsome...for real..😉
@@DrMudgil but u r all those things I said...at least to me..continue ur great work!
A site called ,ACNE VINE is running some of your videos I think most of the content is stolen
@@DrMudgil you work too hard to have your videos stolen and the one they stole is the chest cyst that later developed a hematoma
Well, in my professional opinion..."ick!"
🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏💪🏻💪🏻
Nasty looking but cool
I notice you don't converse with your patients much or explain what you are doing. Is there any reason why
Clearly you haven’t seen many of my videos … we’re usually choppin’ it up the whole time. 😂
Sometimes, though, we need to edit the conversation out to protect privacy etc. 😉
This man is brutal🙄
love watching but could be a bit more caring ..
No messing around straight to it 🤪
If this was my doctor, I'd have to think up some reasons to go more often. He is very nice looking, humble and treats patients with respect and kindness. Thank you for being such an outstanding care giver and human being. 💕
You’re very kind! Many thanks! 🙏🏽☺️🙏🏽
I agree 100 % Kathy
@@bonniebricker8968 ☺️☺️☺️
Another fan 100% in agreement, Kathy! 😊
