Lol.. I came across this and Tim said he would never use a purple Mica Distress Stain and he came out with Not only Purple, Orange, Green and three others for Halloween.
I just purchased a set and they are beautiful, except my Tarnished Brass! It is like a faint grey water. No mica shine and definitely not brass color. Has anyone else experienced this or do I have a defective bottle?
My tarnished brass is insanely beautiful and vibrant, so I bet your's is defective in some way. My brushed pewter is unfortunately like you describe. It looks like a light grey water. :(
Tim is so adorable and nice
Wow, love those!
These are Fabulous!! TFS

OHHHH on ribbon and flowers...never though of it
is it a acrylic - will it work on wet resin
It is a Mica Powder mixed with a resin. It may work on wet resin. I personally have never tried it.
Can it be used in resin?
I haven't tried it but Mica and resin should work well together. I would do a sample to see if the liquid affects the resin.

My Antiqued Bronze was only slightly pigmented water. The other two were gorgeous.
I couldn’t get mine to dry...sprayed onto cardstock, still wet and comes off on my finger.
I would contact Ranger directly with your issues.
