    Would this also work for indentations in a vinyl seat?

      Beaglemaster3 yes but vinyl reacts much quicker so be very careful and don’t use as much heat

    Does this work for artificial leather

      No this won’t work on artificial material other than a vinyl
      Faux leather is more a fabric material underneath and the fabric tears
      Faux material don’t tend to indent like leather does

    whats the heat temp range?

      The heat gun is adjustable from 60-550°c the key to it is don't do this for longer than a few mins at a time and on vinyl sometimes just a few seconds is enough staying a good few inches away from the object

      What heat setting is a safe temperature for the leather not to be damaged?

      Yes this is a Bentley GT continental soft top
