You started the 3d sketch on the origin, which by definition is on all three of the default planes. So why did you feel the need to create a new plane that duplicates the Front plane, on which you draw the circle to extrude? It would also have been much more useful to know how to do this in a welded assembly with proper pipe and schedule sizes and straight pipe lengths and elbows at proper piping industry stock elbow radii.

Can solid works work like an itp machine? can coordinates be inputted to create the tube/bar form?
