If you’re interested, I grew up on a farm where we sold a lot of horses and I know exactly where that expression comes from! When we got horses in to sell on, the first thing we would do was look in the horses mouth - this is because horses teeth change as they age in a way that humans don’t. They reflect diseases and the age/maturity of the horse and can help determine its value and how much the owner would get paid for it. So the saying is like, there’s no need to examine this horse too much because it’s a gift, you don’t need to pay for it anyway. Anyway, something something gift mudsdale something something mouth.

When you asked about the move being Stellar type rather than Normal type when it terastalizes, you literally saw proof of that RIGHT as you asked about it. Tyranitar resists Normal moves, yet it took neutral damage to your Starstorm.

Im not sure why u dont run comfey since it can heal terapagoss faster too. I just not a fan of sinistcha. I didnt run left over on my terapagoss but i run covert cloak and earth power instead of rock polish
Terapagos is only weak to one thing and sinistcha is immune to that thing and has rage powder. Comfey is a great partner too, don't get me wrong.

@PokeBurm "Extreme speed doesn't hit ghost or steel" when giving an example of how Tera Starstorm does as its not a normal type move. I think it's just rock you forget about, as you sometimes forget it resists fire 🙈

Gift horse in the mouth phrase comes from checking horses for diseases back in the day I think. Checking for issues in the mouth would be common practice when purchasing horses but if you were gifted one it'd be rude? Idk. Disposing of a horse seems like a bitch regardless of how you obtained it.
