What he's said is former GA pilots moving to bigger planes might flare late, and what that does is it drives the gear into the ground, making potentially smooth landings into really hard landings. So even if you're doing an okay job controlling your speed well and stabilizing your approach, you can mess it up at the flare. It's apparently particularly hard in a 747 because the cockpit is so far above the ground at touchdown. Given MSFS's less than perfect (I'm being generous) aerodynamics and physics (and the fact that this add-on is little more than a skin for the 747, sadly) you are doing butter and butter at landing the big birds!
