I kinda disagree, Katherine may also loved Stefan a little bit more but that doesn't that her love for Damon wasn't true, Katherine even told Elena that it was okay to love them both, even the producers said that Katherine can't chose either of who she loved the most. But I agree that I wouldn't mind Katherine and Stefan getting together.
