Moeed, I am sure that you would have no direct relation with Bhotto or Benazir of seventies.
First of all, Bhotto was not the creator of the atomic program. He definitely gave it a new dimension.
Pakistan's atomic program was launched in the early sixties.
I remained directly connected with Bhotto and Benazir until 77.
As far as the atomic program is concerned, I am still connected with it to some extent. I am a green energy man.
Bhotto was an emotional, Godless, power-hungry, unpredictable, genius, well-educated, idealistic, and engaging leader. In early 1978, I had no doubt that he would be hanged, and it would happen in 1979. My older cousin, who was assistant editor of the third best English paper of Pakistan, did not agree with me, and he had his info, which was different.
Bhotto gave lots of damage to the country economically, but his major crime was against Almighty Allah and the fundamental teachings of Qur'an. That was the crime that led him to his tragic end.
Zia, on the other hand, was a hippocrate from head to foot, and so he faced cursed death.

Dr Moeed, a correction of a fact - ZAB was not elected twice. The 1977 elections were analogous to the recent February 2024 elections.
Mujib won the 1970 elections with a clear majority. ZAB won around 80 seats only in West Pakistan in Punjab and Sind provinces. He had hardly any support in Balochistan and NWFP.
Disclaimer: I was at Gordon College from 1967-69 and witness to ZAB's rise to popularity, and was a staunch supporter. However, as history unfolded, and several factors and facts came to the public eyes, it was inevitable that people began to realise the dark side of ZAB, and concurrently his postive side.

Bhutto was not creator of atomic program in Pakistan. It was launched before him. He used it as a political tool and that's why his dialog "Hum ghaas kha lain gey magar atom bomb zaroor banain gey" got so popular. He was a stubborn drunk head. He did nothing good for Pakistan

Thinking of change, in Pakistan, looked quite scary, but you know what was more scarier? Allowing the fear of Chaudhry Nizam to stop from growing, evolving, and progressing. IK was the first man who rose to the occasion and dared to give a severe blow to the graven image of fear. Finally six judges also mustered up courage, followed Imran Khan’s suit and broke the monster of fear Chaudhry Nizam had introduced in the country more than 60 years ago. Now it seems as though the change is inevitable. If Chaudhry Nizam tries to resist the change, will potentially get run over by it. Trust me. 🤷♂️

Having failed in initial plan to subdue all factions like Political Parties, Bureaucracy , Judiciary, Press, ECP, Judiciary and run Pakistan by Estb. Now efforts are to reconcile with IK and his supporters to find a way to mutually run Pakistan. This effort seems to going no where as many courts and institutions, With World support, are coming out of initial Scare because of Ruthless use of Brutal Force, not sparing families and Sanctity of"Chadar & Chardevari". Ch Nizamdin is slowly but surely loosing grip. Let's hope for the best.

Pakistan's judicial system has collapsed due to ISI's illegal interference in judicial proceedings and blackmailing of judges and their families. The ruthless brutality of the ISI on opposition leaders, activists and journalists has made Pakistan the law of the jungle. No justice can be expected from an institution whose head is controversial, corrupt and characterless. As long as Qazi Faiz Isa remains the Chief Justice of Pakistan and Amir Farooq remains the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, the people of Pakistan and their chosen Prime Minister Imran Khan will not get any justice but mandate thieves, corrupt and money launderers will get immoral benefits. The people of Pakistan should agitate for the resignation of Qazi Faiz Isa and Amir Farooq who are enemies of an independent judiciary, who have taken away the voting rights and democracy of the people for the sake of the army chief.
Comprehensive & true analysis, Dr. moeeed, NIZAMDIN wants to keep this NIZAM for at least the time period of 2024 -2025 so all the BABAE of pakistan can take extention and enjoy the extended time period,let's hope& wish the grand Alliance can strike hard on this NIZAM,jeway imrankhan❤

Does anyone (including the judges) have bothered to find out the mechanics behind a cipher message? A cipher message is very similar to Test Keys that used to be used in banking world when we had telexes - now we have SWIFT payment system.

The IK-ZAB analogy is a superficial one. It is similar to how PDM-wallas try to compare the elections of 2018 and 2024. ZAB was Chaudhry Nizam Deen (CND) at his core, and used CND to mass murder his political opponents. He was the ultimate Form-47 PM.IK may be closer to Mujeeb or Fatimah Jinnah on the Pakistani spectrum. Here is another fact that nobody in Pakistan wants to admit, not even PTI: IK is far to the left of ZAB in any meaningful political sense.
