Congratulations on the million views. Pretty cool. And pretty awesome that your putting up the prizes. Entered as requested. Tight lines
Another great video. The Bantam Hen Cape hackles are very delicate so you definitely need to hold your mouth just right and breathe through your eyelids while winding these little suckers.
Hey Curtis, Great fly, your dog is great looking and you can't blame a dog for eating natural materials. I had a dog eat all of my calf tails. I wasn't happy but they didn't harm the dog at least. All the best, Sean
Thanks Jake, our BWOs adults are size 20 and 22s, with this small of an adult what size soft hackle would you recommend? Thanks much
Nice little fly, just a little tip for everyone its better to tye soft hackles in by the Tip rather than the stem you get twice as many flys from your feathers..
Happy tying and Tight lines
Lost it at the 'HEY, WHY ARE YOU PANTING SO LOUD?!'
That’s great looking hackle! Where do you get the hackle? I have looked online and can’t find them anywhere.
We have a link in the description above, but here it is: www.flyfishfood.com/2019/05/the-magic-dun-soft-hackle.html
Nice tutorial, cool products too. That Bantam breed makes sense for small soft hackles. Curtis your dog is adorable, what's it's name?
The dog is a Sheepadoodle and he name is Guinevere (Guinny for short)
@@FlyFishFood Awesome name, what a sweet face. My Sophie (Lab) use to do that, lay her head on my lap and sleep while I drove back from bird hunting. I miss her a lot. Thanks for the reply.
