Yeah, I'm on the fence about their models and future changes. Because yeah, I'd love new models, but then GW updates everything and then I don't have access to their rules and then everything goes crazy
Thank you Roman, Great video once again and your Grey Knights are looking fantastic. Look forward to see them painted in all their glory!! Love your humour!
Another amazing kitbash. My favourite is the one lunging forward with two swords. The ones you have painted look so good. I can't wait to see what the entire army looks like when it's finished. You've given me so many great ideas. Thanks for sharing. I'm always excited when I see a new video from you. I'm really looking forward to seeing your gaming table.
Roman: Happy you like this one. He is actually one of my favourites too, just because it is soooo dynamic. I am on it with the army, but taking it slow. Will tell you on this channel how it works! Thank you for the kind words!
Roman i follow you and Massive Voodoo since 2011. You are one of my favorite miniature artists. Not for this excellent kitbashing, but for all your qualities. My technique has really improved a lot thanks to your videos. Thank you for all these years of inspiration.
Intercessor walking with two swords is so well done. Like posing choice of weponary and accessories, it all works to create credible experience, can't wait to see them painted
This video encapsulates what I want from grey knights in the future. I wish the interceptors could be a distinct kit from the Strike/purgators because they really need that movement from a different leg pose
Roman: Hahaha! Yeah, felt the same. I was like "ok, if I do it like this the table will take ages, but will be a banger!" ... and I did ... start ... the neverending story.
Thanks for the video... having recently built and painted some "first-born" Grey knights I was really disappointed. Your video is giving me a way forward to try again AND enjoy myself. (I am back to the hobby after about 40 years - 8 months in) Vielen Dank.
Roman: Glad to hear. Yes, I was struggling with some of my prior video formats while I was testing out what suits me best. Sitting in front of a camera and talking to it is not me. Just straight forward, even my face is beautiful and I look like Gandalf-Kong of Miniature Painting there is no need to see me all the time. My voice can carry it. I am still working on some older video takes with me in front of the camera and sometimes it even bores me these days ... so straightforward is the key for me. Feedback is really appreaciated.
Sehr cooles Video. Ich denke ich werde meine Grey Knights nochmal auseinander bauen. Hätte mich fast damit abgefunden, dass sie Winzlinge bleiben😂. Vielen Dank. Dieses Video und das mit den Terminatoren war sehr hilfreich
Roman: Thanks a lot. You can always find all music used linked up in the describtion for the future, but this time I tell you here. It is "Neffex - Immortal"
Thanks to your videos I'm able to get to building my favourite faction with models I actually love! thank you sir! Question: did you use the primaris or greyknight arms for these?
Well....Congrats sir, you have now won me over to Grey Knights! i had wanted to start grey knights for ages, but always disliked their scale and size, i wanted new ones!, but this may not come until the Grey Knights codex in 10th....if then. But this has shown me i can make very amazing looking Grey Knights with the Leviathan/ even newer box (non-monopose) of Terminators and some Intercessors... Also do you think Heavy Intercessor Gravis armour would look okay for strike squads? or intercessors look best. im torn tbh, but i mostly see gravis with Termi kitbashes, so perhaps just regular primaris armour is better. I am now getting the Combat patrol for Grey knights in a few days and am gonna wait for the new multi part terminator box...and ill begin my journey! thank you!
@@ROMANLAPPATMINIATUREART awesome, can't wait about to make some grey knights kike these videos just trying to source some paladins without costing the arm and leg price in NZ
i liked these a lot, but god i would never paint one my self way too many books / relics / purity seals hahaha, great job tho, i would want too see them release Primaris Grey knights, would be cool to have the option
@@ROMANLAPPATMINIATUREART Hahaha no it is not, torso is not a latin word it comes from the Italian, but is originaly a greek word (thyrsos) , and just fyi all plurals don't end in -i in latin ^^

Grey Knights are easily one of the coolest marine chapters but are held back by their funky sculps.
Roman: Exactly the reason why I did this :)
Amen to that, brother. I'm not waiting for them to update them for a Kill Team. It's either kitbash or 3D printing...
Yeah, I'm on the fence about their models and future changes. Because yeah, I'd love new models, but then GW updates everything and then I don't have access to their rules and then everything goes crazy
I really hope GW does give the Grey Knights updated models one day. These kit bashes look awesome.
Roman: Thank you! Glad you like them. Yes I got that hope too!
Thank you Roman, Great video once again and your Grey Knights are looking fantastic. Look forward to see them painted in all their glory!! Love your humour!
Roman: Thank you! I thought I got no humor, but well :D
That kitbash is excellent. The combination of kits really worked out well. Im looking forward to seeing them all painted up.
Roman: Thank you! I am working on this part the next couple of weeks. On it!

keep forgetting how cozy these are--hyped to see that table. once i saw you breaking actual slate tile i knew its was gonna be a banger

I loved your Arnold Schwarzenegger impression😂
Roman: by accident though :D
Awesome dude! Glad this channel came in my suggestion feed.
Roman: Glad you found your way! Welcome! Yes, these days the gods of Algorythm put their eyes on this channel :D
Great posing dude. Well done

Enjoying the videos as always Roman, thank you for taking the time to share.
Roman: A pleasure. Thank you for the time you take to comment. This helps this channel to grow!
Just did my first GK following your tutorial. Its really fun ! 😊 thank you. I also started to play Chaosgate and its very immersive 😊
Sounds like a perfect thing. I enjoyed the conversions a lot while playing that game!
I am inspired. Thank you for sharing this!
Roman: Thank you for finding inspiration in my creation.
Awesome stuff - I love it when a plan comes together!
Roman: yay! Me too! Thx
Very convincing action poses!
Thx a lot!
Really great conversions. They work really well and I love how dynamic they look
Roman: Many thanks! Glad you like them!
Very nice work. Looking forward to seeing more.
Roman: Thanks!
Your Grey Knights look great.

Man these look cool. Really evoke the 2d art
amazing work my dude, loving these kitbashes
Roman: Happy that you like it!
Wow, stunning work. These look absolutely fantastic! Thank you again for taking the time to show us how you made these!! :D
Roman: A pleasure!
Great work, they look great!
Roman: Thank you!
Man, I didn't know listening to Arnold Schwarzenegger build Warhammer was so relaxing. =)
Roman: Well, yeah. Not sure if I make this the thing of this channel :D ... I like Batman's voice too
Love it Roman

Roman: Dankeschön :)
LOVE It! Where will we have that painting tutorial on Etsy??
Roman: Thanks! It'll take a little while as I am painting almost all of them to a) have enough material to b) explain you all tricks
YOur native is just perfect!!
Roman: Thanks a lot! Glad to hear!
"How many stuff and details can you put on a miniature?"
Games Workshop: Yes.
Roman: Hold my beer!
Roman: Haha! Yes, so true!
Brilliant looking grey knights and what was the music at the end?
Roman: Thanks a lot. You can always find all music used linked up in the describtion for the future, but this time I tell you here. It is "Neffex - Immortal"
Thanks to your videos I'm able to get to building my favourite faction with models I actually love! thank you sir!
Question: did you use the primaris or greyknight arms for these?
Tahnks so much for your kind comment. I used Grey Knight Arms here so it was less complicated for poses ...
Dat Ahhhnuld impersonashun vus spot on!
Roman: Thanks, glad you liked it! Not intented and so funny!
another cool option for your grey knights could have been the resin word bearers torsos
Roman: True. Did not think of that, but mainly because I do not often look into resin or Forgeworld, but thanks for the idea!
@@ROMANLAPPATMINIATUREART except the one with the inscribed skull on it's chest.

Black Templars ;)

The gray knights are the first army I'm building and I would like them to look like yours, what silver color did you use for the armor?
I am writing my painting guide for my etsy and just have to finish one paintjob before it is done. Wait for it. It'll be worth it.
When is the video for table coming?
Well, it is already in the making. I am 2/3 done with editing. A little more patience! Thank you!
@@ROMANLAPPATMINIATUREART awesome, can't wait about to make some grey knights kike these videos just trying to source some paladins without costing the arm and leg price in NZ
Yellow could you tell me what kits you used to bash these? I have a grey knights combat pass and would love to try this
I used regular Primaris Space Marine bits and grey Knight bits. I think the running Primaris are called Assault Imtercessors. Hope this helps
If Arny says to put my thumbs up, I put my thumbs up, Aaaargh!
Roman: :D
Btw, how do you make the rubble on the bases??
Roman: It is just soil and some broken white plaster.
i liked these a lot, but god i would never paint one my self way too many books / relics / purity seals hahaha, great job tho, i would want too see them release Primaris Grey knights, would be cool to have the option
Yeah, I know what you mean. This is why I am so slow in painting them :D
tastes differ so im sad you're not using the GK helmets, great video though :)
Roman: Here and there I used them, but you are right, not many. Tastes. Maybe in the future builds.
Thanks, glad your enjoyed it
You are cool dude, love the channel and your personality and shit
Welcome! :)
What arms do you take ?
Roman: regular Grey Knight Arms usually, depending on pose i might use a primaris arm, but I remember using a regular Space Marine arm too :D
The whole thing that makes Grey Knights what they are is their helmets.
Roman: very true, but lore-wise they use so many different aged and styled armoury, if you go in depth into the lore ;)
I’ll be back 😎
Roman: ;)
Grey Knights does not have primaris yet?
Roman: no, not yet
torsi ?????
Is this not the plural of torso? In latin it is I suppose :D

Unpopular opinion; Grey Knights are the best sculpts firstborn has to offer. I love them and hope they never get primaris.
Nonethrless, your oppinion and I accept it.
