Also, there is a band a friend of mine introduced me to recently called Scale the Summit; I recommend the song Blue Sun. You can get weirder and try Planet X or my personal favorite: Virgil Donati's "In This Life". All instrumental of course ;)

He only owns 1 9 String Ibanez. Maybe something is in the works behind the scenes for a new 9 String Ibanez. I can only hope.

To be honest - and maybe it's 'cause I heard the live version before hearing the album version - but it sounds so much better live and the nuances of every thump just cuts through the mix effortlessly without drowning the other parts out.
