I bought one recently and if the cooling fan could turn it self off during sleep mode that would be great. Also I find the on button not very responsive when the machine is turned off when trying to turn back on. Love everything else about it. So handy ❤️
In your video, on the bottom of your water tank, a small metal spring and cross shaped plastic stopper were missing. You probably lost it while taking out the tank and washing it, same case as ours. It ended up short circuit less than 6 mths for us because the hole wasn't covered and water leaked into the electricity compartment. We bought a second (smaller and cheaper) Philips dispenser that turns off automatically and we make sure the spring and stopper is never not in the right place. You can try and google other video of How To Install the dispenser, pause and you'll see the stopper thingy that definitely was missing in your unit. :) Good day.
Thank you for the review. I bought one recently and I had to keep turning the machine off because the cooling fans were so noisy. Due to your video I know how to turn them off now 😊. So happy
I love my one but have just done a rescale for the first time in 2 months of having the unit for. Now the lock symbol seems to be stuck in place and won't disperse any hot water at all now. I am hoping that it isn't permanent as it was rather costly to purchase. It was working really great before that.
Oh no, have you tried to contact Philips with the problem ? They are usually quite helpful. Unfortunately I had returned my unit when it broke down and I am using my kettle again now
@@mundanelife9625 We returned that unit for a replacement unit but unfortunately the 2nd water unit was malfunctioning too and was affecting the safety switch. So we returned it for a full refund!
You can, but not too much. There are two drainages on the top part of that water compartment, it will drain the excessive water and make a mess on the countertop if you fill over it.
Thanks for your support and feedback. 😊We will keep improving the experience of our product with innovative technology.

!!! Yes! Mine was short circuit as well!!! It must be it ! Thank you!
Mine has the same fault but spring & stopper are in place so that is not the cause of the issue.

Il serbatoio può andare in lavastoviglie?
Is it normal for the fan to continue running even when it’s sleep mode? Mine doesn’t stop.

@@Thornlessrose39 !!! Same with mine! It tripped the circuit breaker after 6 months of use. I returned mine as well
@@mundanelife9625any updates? I have the same issue
Doesn’t the water dispense slow?
if the lower (filtered) water compartment is already full, should I add more water in the upper (unfiltered) compartment?

Can I have room temperature water with this?
Yes, you can turn off the cooling function. Please follow the video at 1.03.
Just a shame your banners aren’t on screen a little longer allowing time to read them….otherwise useful video thanks
Thanks for your feedback :)
Someone killing a cat in the back ground!
Is there any way to stop that beeping ?
@R J how?
@R J a little bit extreme dont you think? perhaps just cut the cord to the beeper? 😅
Unfortunately I had to return the unit before I found the solution on this . Good luck ha
