There’s a place close to me in Birmingham called Shazans who do a unique Sherpur Donner which is like a spicy signature stir fried donner similar to the red donner! It’s exceptional!

Taylor's Fish Bar in Unsworth, North Manchester does superb Donner, top quality meat and grilled after cut like some of these places.

The 1st Donnor Kebab I ever had in the 80's was at TOPKAPI's shop that used to be on Peters Street & it's the Best Kebab I've had to date !!

Another vote for this place. Chicken special for me! Plus if you review it there are 2 donner places. 1 next door and and one round the corner that I hear aren't bad. I struggle to try them because I always end up a Barbecue.
moghuls taste on bury new road has one of the best rice and nihari in my opinion ... just order chicken rice and nihari on a sunday and you will love it !

I went to put some chilli sauce on my kebab and the squirty top came off the top of the bottle and half the shop floor was covered with chilli sauce. I felt so bad I was on my hands and knees mopping it up. Sooo embarrassing! heh heh
Red Cherry has the best doner kebab he was one of the first to open too, he opens and closes at different times these days

My local takeaway does the "joey special" they blast the donnar with peri peri sauce and then grill it a little under the pizza grill.

I have a couple on the channel 🙌
When I lived in Chorlton, the Turkish Delight was one of my favourites. Deniz who owned it then (maybe he still does) was very good to his regulars and always gave them a little extra. Used to get a mixed kebab with donner, shish and kofte, with plenty of salad and homemade chilli and tomato sauce, all in a yufka bread... it was top drawer.

YOU MISSED KARA CHIPPY its around old trafford/ moss side 2 mins away from chillyz. They have amazing masala masala donner(like the kebab house) and Malaysian donner. Check it out one day plz!

Camel one Wimslow road went there in 2000 don’t know if it’s still open
I went there back in 2008 during uni days. Haven't been since, it's still there though!
Definitely still there and still amazing. Best in Rusholme although not much donner on “curry mile” these days is shawarma and kobeda.
Oldham Star is the other best place in Greater Manchester.
People used to rate the donner from Camel One. Not sure what it's like now?! Great content as always!
