I just bought one yesterday simply because of the name, as Im building a memorial garden for my beloved dog. Sounds like it will be a difficult plant, but at least for this first spring/summer Ill know the Stairway to Heaven is in my boys garden.
Hey, the optimal time of the year really depends on the local climate you're growing them in, however, in most places late summer and early fall are generally regarded as the best time. August to October in the Northern Hemisphere, around March in the south
@@theropesofrenovation9352 oh you should be fine then :) the big concern is planting them too late up north before the winter comes, even the coldest reaches of Florida state don't have to worry about that
