I recently had BSNL install FTTH , everything is working fine except that the phone rings only twice during incoming calls (rings two times and stops). I suspect it has something to do with the Netlink modem VOIP setting . Perhaps a wrong setting in one of the settings in the VOIP advanced menu - heartbeat cycle ? No answer timer ? Long digit timer ? Appreciate any feedback on how to fix this.

I solved it, it was alg configuration problem, I turned off SIP alg in advanced nat.everything is good now. In default it is enabled in genexis platinum 4410. Wifi calling and telephone is good. Please share this, it could help others who face this problem. Even the bsnl people were helpless.
