Excellent job with this! The concept didn't quite come out of nowhere, but it's still a surprise, and one that blew past expectations! 1:00 Did you even use RoA sprites?
P.S. Come to think of it, SS Bad Future SHOULD be filled with robotic beings like it arguably is here. It's a futuristic city that fall apart due to a man and his legion of machines.
