You can purchase bits (or watch videos and get them for free but there is a limit) and you can give them to your favorite streamer which goes towards any game play the streamer chooses... Prime I believe is above being a subscriber to just a streamer, you would actually be a twitch prime member.. If you go to Twitch and you have an account, close to where you would log out (top right hand corner) there is like a symbol that looks like a crown I believe, click on that and it should explain it.. or you could always google what bits and prime means.. thats what I did cause no one would ever answer me... :)
