My balance charger doesn't have any menus or options I can set. From the time I turn it on it just says "Please Insert" and it automatically starts doing something with the batteries. But I have no way at all to set anything. I can press stop but then it has a 10 second count down and starts again. Other buttons don't do anything

What do you do if your charger won’t let you change anything other than the amps. I push or hold stop or start and it resets a 10s countdown and automatically starts.
