I think you missed other who are also good at kissing like: Johnny Huang, Luo Yunxi, Fan Zhi Xin, Wang Hedi, Zhang Linghe; Chen Fei Yu, plus there are other mini drama actors who are so good at kissing, at this moment I only remember Li Fei's name.

I watched and rewatched this video to get all the names right. 8 of the 10 you listed are my faves and all exhibit good kissing skills in the acting field. They are Yang Yang, Wang Anyu, Li Xian, Song Weilong, Lin Yi, Tang Xiatian, Hu Yitian, and Xing Zhoa Lin. However, you did leave out, in my opinion, 3 very important actors. Tsao Yu Ning, Liu Te, and Zhang Han. He in particular is the very best. He has all the skills that you mentioned in this video plus strong passion coupled with a romantic gleam puts him at the number 1 position in my opinion. Thank you for sharing.
