I have problems with this spirit of offense. I hate it. It easily leads to resentment, anger and hate. Please pray for me. 🙏

Just open your mouth and say “i renounce resentment, anger and hate in the name of Jesus”. Then say something that will fill you up, for example: Lord restore unto me the joy of my salvation, or you can try: i wash myself with the blood of Jesus, or you can say: Lord fill me up with you and then mention the fruit of the spirit. This whole thing is: renounce and replace. It works!

I was literally convicted by the Holy Spirit, literally 20 minutes ago! I was led to look this issue up as soon as I had this experience. I was tempted highly to bad mouth this racist woman. Immediately after I left the grocery store I heard the Lord speak to my heart. He said “how will be you equipped to do the work with offense? You don’t need to check her, her heart because I will show her , her hearts condition My Way.” He heard my thoughts on this woman and I could do nothing but feel bad for being offended. She’s the one really missing out. The Lords house is full of ethnicities. His angels don’t even look the same. So I’m here listening to this video. Mind you, I work for an investment group and take calls from some very UGLY people. But I think of Christ and even while accused of doing something and being something he’s not, He said NOTHING!!!! Being beaten for my soul He said Nothing! I want to have that kind of heart. A heart of love with no offense is perfection❤️

A little confused here, so are we to be okay with someone offending us again and again? I mean, not telling anyone off, but taking it over and over from family members? And yes, I forgive them and it even hurts less and less, but yeah, I still am shocked by their blatant behavior.

I do not believe they are saying you ought to be ok with someone offending you. However the energy it is taking to remain upset about the issue is consuming time and energy for the space of positive things. If a person keeps offending you there’s 2 things you could do. Check to see why or what is causing you to be offended. Because there is a root to everything. And then 2. Don’t continue to be around them or give them the power to affect you. You can forgive and continue to do life without them as well as love them from a distance. It is your responsibility to get your healing by forgiving those who have hurt you. Check to see what root is attached to how you feel. Praying that God gives you strategy to be victorious in this situation.

I'm sorry but saying things like people are offended over the dumbest things is not very tenderhearted because you don't know what someone has been through . This sounds very worldly like you are making fun of offended people when clearly they are wounded people I came here for teaching in an attempt to deal with others in my life or to check my own heart but I didn't here much different from the world.

Today I had a client offended over receiving security codes that help keeps his account safe. I was cussed out. So yeah people get offended over some of the most dumbest things. A woman was a shot and murdered because she didn’t give a guy her phone number and let him take her out. At the beginning of this pandemic people were attacked and a security guard was shot and killed for executing the mask mandate. Or how about these monsters that are offended by whatever, coming into the school and killing innocent children because of what they’re going through at home. Come again?

I did not like what he said: “Warden, are you keeping him straight.” It does sound like a passive aggresive joke, it can hurt but more so when its coming from a Spiritual leader you look up to, it makes you feel unsafe if you are broken. Spirit check?

Whats your opinion on a christian being married to a narcissist who admits they are 'of the devil' and actively tries to offend their wife everyday? Would you say its God making the christian stronger or time to divorce (narcissist says he wants to because he cant stand being married to a christian anymore) should the wife just pray to not be offended? I cant let satan win in this. Thanks Much love n God bless🙏😄💖

j clemente, That was my situation about 15 years ago. My heart goes out to you, because it was an extremely difficult situation. I stayed married because I know that God hates divorce because of how it hurts everyone involved and we had three young children. I prayed and prayed for my husband's Salvation through the tears and am so thankful that Jesus saved my husband. He is a changed man since he accepted Christ. He is now a caring, loving husband and father. Everyone's situation is different but I replied to you to let you know there is hope in Christ for a miracle! I am praying for you that our gracious Lord will do the same thing for your husband. May God comfort you and surround you with His love to sustain you. Your sister in Christ.

j clemente Dont feel guilty if you decide to leave your ABUSIVE marriage. God hates divorce but doesn’t forbid it. He does forbid abuse. If you are married to a narcissist, he will demand you make him your god. Idolatry is not tolerated by God at all.

Today it seems that folks are confusing "being right" with "being righteous".
I'm right so I don't have to be nice--or loving
I'm right so I CAN be offended
I'm right so I CAN be entitled
It's my right to be offended, because I'm right
You haven't responded to my many criticisms -- so I must be right
Because I think I'm right, I am entitled
I emotionally offended by you, therefore I'm right
The spirit of offense seems ever ready to give you an excuse "to be right" -- "but not loving and not righteous"
Although we are all equal in God's eyes, the bible tells us to Philippians 2:3 "consider others better than yourselves." How would you feel about being right if you considered others better than yourself I wonder?
Somehow, we are doing the "considering" above and hovering over others as though we are taking God's place as though our opinions and judgements and God's are one in the same. Reminds me of the word conceited. It almost sounds like con (with) seated (with God).

That’s not the spirit of offense. Sounds like you’re experiencing Attacks by a Jezebel spirit in the wheels of witchcraft. I plead the Blood of Jesus over you and your’s, that every plan of the enemy crash right into the pit of hell on your behalf in the Matchless Name of Jesus! I declare that no weapons formed against you shall prosper! And I decree better days in the Lord, salvation for your children and a commission for the Kingdom of The Lord. God got you and remember this battle IS NOT FLESH AND BLOOD. Love ya Sis❤️

Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
Ephesians 5:1-2a Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an OFFERING and a SACRIFICE to God for a sweet smelling savour.
