Jb se ye chiz suni h tbse shocked hoon..ab unka reason kya tha ye toh nahi keh skte but yeah life me kbhi kbhi tham jaana chahiye..n rather than focussing on past ki ye dost chut gya, falane ne dil tod diya ya drop year barbad ho gya should just look around n realise ki abhi bhi jo h wo bahut logon k pass nahi h!!.. maybe that'll help to be happy and feel contended!!✨.. life har waqt anxiety depression takleef k reasons deti h aur deti rahegi..but ye sb reasons tbtk hi h jbtk life h..ye ek aisa irreversible process h jisko bhagwan bhi reverse kr dene se inkar kr dete.. isliye sometimes dimag ko sochne se rokna hi better option hota h!!
