I have heard many versions of this piece, but I found my favorite one here. What nailed it for me was the chorus. Just stunning. Beautiful and awesome piece of work.

Strongly recommended listening to anyone who loves the piece.

What a performance! Great choir, punchy well balanced band too. musicians par excellence. Bravo! Since it's release, this has always been my favourite Floyd album. Ironically, in a TV interview, the band themselves didn't see it as their best effort. Floyd purists however hail it as magnificent. Saucer full of secrets and Piper at the Gates of Dawn were pretty close too.
I still think that this has to be one of Pink Floyd's best album's... It was so advanced for the time that it was recorded... Listen to Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast on headphones.... Absolutely bloomin brilliant....

Ho ascoltato diverse versioni di questa opera. E tutte avevano un problema: un batterista troppo soft. Ma questa, seppur non perfetta, recupera alla grande! Mi piace molto la batteria, bello tosto, come dovrebbe essere!
Special mention to the drummer, he did a tremendous good job, and the guy on the bass guitar to... but women oh the choir should be "softer" in my opinion...
