Thanks for this. I was considering ordering one, but did not see anything on how to replace batteries, and was hoping that for the steep price that they were easy to replace. Now I’m a bit more confident.
Just got my friend ball today (first die cast ball) and was curious how to replace the batteries. Got it to cosplay PoGo Fest 24 LA. Figured I might go through them while there so thanks!
My battery case comes out of the Pokéball easily. Is there anyway yo fix that or make it more secure? It's pretty loose and often comes out when Im just playing around with the ball on my hands.
Mine is very loose, so it pops out very easily and it gets annoying because I play around with it gently and it still pops out so easily. I don't even know how to fix that. Also, is the button on the Pokéball suppose to click and make a sound when you press it? Cause mine doesn't make a click or goes down when I press it. The whole battery case itself is the only thing that supposedly gets pushed down whenever I want to simulate a catch.
Well as long as your careful it doesn't "wreck" anything. But also it's what I had on hand and it's mine so I don't really care, and it's still in perfect condiition.
HELP! WHAT ABOUT THE NEW MINI ONES 😔 i only realized until after i bought it like so we just use it till the light goes off then it dies forever? for 100$?! 😂 Glad to see theres a way to change the battery, its not even on the instructions for the smaller one😅
Looks to be a double click will cycle it shown here www.thewandcompany.com/pokeball-manual/#:~:text=Double%2Dclicking%20changes%20the%20button,the%20last%20colour%20you%20selected.

Why would you use a metal screwdriver to wreck the finish...

From what it looks like the mini ball uses 2 x CR2032 probably using the included little sim ejector looking tool to open it.

Oh my goodness 5 batteries in total.
Plus $100… yeah I think I might just buy one pokeball only…. If you want to collect them all it’s $1k😭
lol yeah, right now I’m just going with the cherish ball and if the fast ball comes out I might get that one
yeah smart on them so they can add weight to the pokeball making it feel more premium while ofc providing more battery life
You can just hold it upside down and lrt gravity do it's thing tbf
...and he scratched it
