I just don't understand why every NDC person campaigning fail to talk about their policy. It's always about what NPP will do or doing. Tell us what you will do because even the 24 hour thing is still not clear. Avoiding dissemination of policy and trying to damage NPP to Ghanaians worked for a while but Ghanaians are waking up to the fact that so far, NDC has been talking but not communicating.
