for paladin it has +100% buff and 2 placements which is x200% dmg for x2 placements (x400%) ; for miracle it has +300% dmg buff which is 400% on one placements. overall paladin may deal the same to miracle within some cases but remember paladin random buffs have the ultimate +75% dmg one. Thus i would rather choose paladin for inf because it deals insane dmg
Miracle is more consistent getting the dmg buff is gambling for the other buffs and it only affects 1 summon it doesn't really matter which one but I'd say Miracle is better

Paladin can place 3 so he spawns faster and has a chance to summon clones with 40 hp so even if it doesn't spawn the 40k clone you still get 3 clones with each have 25k instead of one clone with 50k in the same time so yea paladin is better

more doesnt mean better though quality > quantity. Paladin is better simply based on the fact it gets the dmg buff, otherwise miracle is better.
