Has this been happening since you got the machine or is it something new? It sounds like a connection issue. Or it could be that the laser lens is dirty.
@@golasergo I actually used it twice and the second time my laptop stop working 😢 because the power supply took to much power that's what they told me
Totally useless 🤬🤬 I wish someone on UA-cam could show how to use that machine to a beginner, how to set up the software and use it instead showing just the results 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
