Hey man. Appreciate the fact that you use the zv e10. Such an underrated camera. Usually find it with kit lens for 500$. Impossible to get something better at that price. Quick question How do you stay motivated when the views don't match the amount of effort to make the content?😊
To be honest with you, I was pretty unmotivated for a few years but the pocket purchase really inspired me to go out and film more. Regarding views, I think the most important thing is just to do what you love and if the views come that's only a bonus!
What I noticed is that the Action 4 has a wider field of view than the Pocket 3. I felt the Pocket was slightly smoother than the Action, but it was very close. The mic in the jacket was just fine. I use the magnet either the DJI Mic or on the Mic 2 to keep it hidden in my shirt pocket (or under if no pocket), and it always sounds good and it's not visible. In your vlog here, it sounded much better than what you were using with the E-10. Putting either camera on a chest holder in some way makes one more visible when walking around because it is so rare to see someone walking around like that so people tend to do a doubletake. That's what I really love about the Action 2. I put it on the magnetic necklace and no one seems to notice. Unfortunately, with the Action 2 I have to rely on the internal mic.
@@TravelingAhn There is a workaround with the Action 2: the DJI Mic 2 has internal recording and you can use that recording instead of the internal mic on the Action 2.
Hey! Thanks for the video. This actually convinced me to switch to the Action 4 from a GoPro. The image looks much better than expected. I think the 60 fps gives really good results. No smudge artefacts as could be seen in other Action 4 videos. It seems you need a high frame rate. The horizon balancing looks really good. Cheers.
Wow, that's so cool that this video helped you with making a decision on the Action 4. It has a bigger sensor and doesn't require that bulky GoPro casing just to get external audio. Thanks for the comment and support of the channel!

I would never do that because the Action 4 is the way to go and the mic sounds insanely good. You could tell you were distracted with the two cams but for comparison purposes it was great. I think adding these to your vlogs will add another dimension which you can use to show movement and transition. I also noticed that your upload schedule is on point. Literally every time I think, Hey Adam hasn't posted anything lately, I get a notification that you've posted a new video. I think that's exactly what you want. As a consumer of UA-cam, I think some creators just post too much and others not enough. And I think you've got a really good schedule. At least from my perspective.

I think that there isnt much to separate both of these devices in terms of image quality, what may set them apart might be how versatile one or the other is when it comes to filming in various scenarios. Obviously for vlogging the pocket 3 and for action stuff the action cam since it is more durable and more mountable m'right? Both have uses
I like the way they both look, but would have to go with the Action 4 based on the activity. I used my GoPro exclusively for a while because it was indestructible in all scenarios! Now its the GoPro for biking/water/dirt involving activities, Pocket 3 for B-roll and walking talking heads sans elements, with the ZV-E10 with a Tamron 18-300 for telephoto or stationary shots. Its great to have options right? 😆
When im sitting in a car and filming the gimbal turns the opisit way, so filming straight a head and car goes to the left the camera gimbal goes to the right and it's not possible to lock the gimbal by holding down the button it does the same in the car. Do you think my p3 is broken? Did not see fotage when you turning, should be the same for you with the scooter.
🤔, I was so focused on riding the scooter with two cameras...I wasn't cognizant of the direction the gimbal would turn if I also turned. If I find out I'll let you know!
@TravelingAhn Thanks, it sounds strange that you can't lock the direction left and right. When you are standing still it's possible. I may have missed something.
You did the test wrong by putting them on separate places. Put them both on the same place. The best way to do that is to mount them both on the handle bar of the scooter, imo……

The 18-300 on the ZV-E10 is super fun to shoot with if youre thinking of adding a lens to your arsenal!

I think you can lock per se, but you need to press down the joystick which is not possible while riding!
