Ennio Doorbell - Try to set the keycode by the App but not working

Today i try to set and use a new keycode password by using the "lock settings” menu in the Ennio official application but it doens't work either..

What App are you using? Are you sure that Model is Compatible with an App?

did you fix this there are many settings for this device as you can open door with phone are u sure the password you entered is not to set up the phone password also if you set the password on the keypad itself after changing password you press hash to confirm and then start to accept changes but i did not see you press star in videos u did so maybe you mis a step out
