Sam, well done on a fair assessment of our current situation. It’s nice to see some proper considered research has gone into this piece which is demonstrated in your comments.
Its not a panic situation, this time last year we were a lot worse off. We are Everton, we will be fine. New ownership on the horizon, biggest ever kit deal with Castore, BMD will be one of the finest world level stadiums in club football. We just need to jettison Dope-Coure to Saudi, cancel the Young (sic) contract, try to attract Smith-Rowe, then show Dyche & co the door. THEN we can start to dream...
Yeah no reason to panic, just 600m in debt with another 90-120m needed to finish to ground next quarter. Plus a take over takes 6-8 weeks to pass the prem testing. Plus negotiations. So the club are a minimum 2-3 months away from new owners 1:09
@@bleb87 that’s debt to the owner model and they bring in 500m annually from global commercial deals. Everton, wow, they owe more than they bring in and have had loans from 777 (who loaned the money off others) and loans from th Franklin group for the stadium costs in April.
Everton ain't in danger of anything now, they are in much better state than before last season because of good work behind the scenes. Moshiri have the money, he just havent got a clue so there is no panic in the club and most of the fanbase. Though it would be soooo nice to have owners that knows what they are doing.
There’s so much “fake news” around football just now, I read a few days ago the Rangers manager was about to leave the club, also you said Freidken was worth £6bln, it’s been mentioned that number is in $, also on Everton again read that Moshiri was offered £1 for his shares because of the debts, and also Moshiri wanted personal payments for the next 10 years 🤪to sell. But as always, time will tell and all will become clear. 🤷♂️
Stop peddling the narrative of Everton needing to sell Branthwaite. They never wanted or needed to sell him. They are selling Onana because he didn’t fit with Dyche and they are making a good profit to reinvest.
Frankly it's baffling. We're talking about a club here who've never gone more than fourteen Seasons [since 1888] without posting a top six finish. For new owners taking over a club of that pedigree, and with a now paid for brand new stadium, even the most basic good management will put them back among the European clubs again.

The city Liverpool only needs one club - there’s no room and no need for Everton FC. The only issue is whether the stadium at Bramley-Moore dock can be extended for Liverpool FC use.

Nobody is panicking we don’t need to sell we’ve got plenty of money to last and we’ll get bought eventually as the club said business as usual 😂

Branthwaite and Calvert Lewin will both probably go before September 3rd.
