I worked for Wahl Clipper in Sterling Illinois, they have sooooo many exclusive clippers that is only for order and all you need is these. Trust me soooo good. I was never without a crispy cut. They are perfect.

I have a question. Why didn’t you do the 1 guard open instead of closed since you did the no guard all the way open. N half to take it out. Why didn’t you do the same thing with the 1 guard: open all the way. Then close it half way n get the line out.? Does what I’m saying even make sense.? Lol.

Depends on what the hair is doing on that side. Hair has it's own agenda and great barbers like this guy notices those nuances and adjusts on the fly. For instance some have a single whirlpool and some have double then some, it's like all no fucks given. You have to decide on the fly how to deal with that and give the greatest cut everytime, No matter who it is seated in the chair.

So when doing the Afro taper, you set the #1 open then softened it with the 1 closed, and the took it out with the half guard. But with this high taper, you started 1 closed and took it out with the half guard and then removed bulk with the 2 and the 1 1/2... sorry I’m an aspiring barber and I’m trying to understand so... does it really matter how you start with the 1 as long as you take the line out? Or is the 1st way just adding an extra step?
High taper been my shit fir past few years . It's been hard for me to find the right barber ever since my barber moved out to Arizona currently looking for a barber. And my shit starts at 30 bucks.
