I grew up in the forties listening to what was R&B in the day. I got it on the radio from WLAC in Nashville, TN. It is amazing how well an Austrian group embraced it and preserved it. Of course, it not include an accordion back then. However, I do have some German heritage and appreciate the need to keep the umpah influence. I think it is well done. I can listen to this group for hours. Ironically, I did not discover it until recently despite their splendid longevity.
