I don't think people fully grasp what it means to weigh 225 at 7% body fat and be able to run as fast and jump as high as he does! It is truly remarkable and I can't wait to see him destroy secondaries this season!
I weight lifted for a good while. I'm 6ft tall, and the lowest I ever cut to was 9% body fat. I was 160 pounds at that body fat. I felt weak and tired all the time. Super impressive work by AJ.
Love AJ to death (2nd fav player other than BG) and he looks amazing but that ain't anywhere near 7% BF, more like 11-12%. If it was 7% we'd see ripples across his obliques, some vascularity almost everywhere, and waaay more definition everywhere. At 7% you'd look ultra-ripped, just above stage-ready (but not scary-looking with vein trees everywhere). And doubt his trainers would let him get close to 7% since his performance would be affected significantly.
If they don't sign him before the season starts they are going to make the Big defense mistake. By mid-season they are going to be looking at him like a pro bowler possibly All pro and they are going to see they messed up because he's not going to sign with us.

There are plenty of more athletic DLs out there. Hell, they probably aren't even the most athletic in the division...the Giants have Thibs, Dex and Burns. The Cowboys have Micah, DLaw and Osa. If the Eagles DL was is so athletic, Carter and Davis wouldn't struggle to perform at a high level for more than half of the season.
Top sack getter....id like it to be Nolan Smith because I really believe in the kid. And the 10 lbs of muscle he put on was badly needed. He probably needs 3-5 more lbs. But he is extremely bright and has all the physical tools, its just a mattet of him putting it all together. But him being this smart under a defensive guru like Fangio could be exactly what he needs. He just need to be a sponge and absorb it all. The person that gets the most sacks is probably a toss up between Sweaty J, BG, or Hall, I'm leaning toward BG going out with a bang.

I don’t have a number of sacks for Milton but I’m gonna go with 57 sacks total defense. Not quite the 70 we had in ‘22 but I think our interception numbers will be better.
All in for 11 getting in the best possible shape and getting more dynamic and unblockable but i hope it doesnt reduce his season long endurance. % body fat does help you ride and manage those big hits so he can still ride them all season and avoid any injuries.
I think Milton Williams is going to have a great season. He has always produced in the snaps he has been on the field but it was just a crowded room and he just didn't get a ton of playing time. I think he has a bigger role on the defense this season and he steps up and has a awesome season. I hope we extend him and he doesn't leave in free agency after the season...
