Girl GET A TODDLER TOWER! You can move it around in the kitchen/bathroom, wherever, and he’s up high and right next to you! My daughter was super clingy and didn’t want to be put down, but the tower has saved me. She loves to be up high in it and at my level.

Watching your videos makes me have motivation! Haha. I work part time as a nurse but the days I’m home it’s so tiring to be home with my 1 year old! It’s funny you started prepping dinner during his nap cuz that’s exactly what I’m doing now and happen to be making the exact same dinner while my daughter naps. Also just watched Beth’s video last night 😂

Nurse here. Not everyone is able to digest the magnesium. You could try a magnesium spray. Spray it on your legs and leave it for 30 minutes before going to bed. You can wash it off then if it makes you makes your skin irritated.
My daughter doctor said since she is a toddler, that she should only have 6 ounces of milk a day. Because if she get a ton of milk that it will make her iron low. So my recommendation is talk to Zeke doctor about how much he should have.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I had really bad restless leg syndrome too! 😫 I did blood work and was low in iron and had to take an iron supplement and it helped drastically with the restless legs at night!

My 68 year old work bestie had restless legs. Another one of our co-workers suggested that she put two potatoes in the bed with her. She reported that it works like a bomb! Sending love from South Africa.

I never did bottle's with my kids i do extended breastfeeding so no clue how much they had but my first went till 4 years my second was just before 3 and my third is 18 months and still nursing their dr said its totally normal for them to still have a bottle /nurse up until theyre 4-5 as long as they dont have it in bed and causing bottle rot on their teeth!

I also had terrible restless legs when pregnant - I found a bath before bed really helped. It’s such torture isn’t it?!

Just wondering how you were able to transition Zeke to cows milk? My son is 1 year next month and im 100% mentally done with breastfeeding. Also how you were able to get Zeke to sleep through the night , i wake up every 2 hours and im very exhausted
