To be fair, the Lucky Dime is a magical talisman (that's why Magica wants it) and Donald eventually becomes a Spellcaster in Kingdom Hearts, so what Scrooge gives him at the end of The Lucky Dime Caper isn't a Scroogey token, it's closer to entrusting him with a tactical nuke launcher.
I can sympathize with not having patience for games that take ages to just run properly. that's how I feel about Muppets Inside. by the time I finally got the game to run, any minigame involving Gonzo (whether as a contestant on Kermit's minigame or his own minigame) simply refused to work.
It feels like Disney characters used to be more versatile, in the sense of appearing in more different situations, but some are indeed throwing to the wall to see if it sticks, like Maui Mallard
Pretty sure they only depleted when using special moves on my version (to be goofy I’d spend them to exhaustion at the stage exit before going through). I don’t remember anything requiring dashing through. Nice to see magic hat included.
I wish horrible horrors would return because there are a lot of new horrible horror movies that has come out since the last episode. Like the rest of the terror toons movies
@@masedaace5473 it had been covered by plenty of other UA-camrs, I would dedicate a solo video to it if I were to cover it, and this video focuses more on the lesser known 2D platformer of the 90s. It's addressed in the video itself.
Shame the Carl Barks characters are so underused in media outside of comics. There is so much you can do with them other than the Ducktales cartoons and these games.
What is your favortie Disney video game?
TOY STORY 2 BABY!
I have a soft spot for the Pooh PC games Ready to Read And Ready for Math with...
Epic Mickey!
Quack Attack/Operazione Papero (Operation Duck) for me!
Kingdom Hearts

For some reason Donald Duck as a blindfolded ninja is the coolest thing ever to me.
There isn't enough Donald Duck games in the world.
By the end of 2025 there must be a Fethry Duck game or we riot.
I am so glad to have found this channel, and getting to enjoy your content.
Thank you sir, and happy new year!
6:39 Esh, you absolute king..... Well played and bravo.

I remember seeing the cover for Maui Mallard and thinking "this looks way TOO cool for ol' Disney"! It was my PKNA before PKNA.
I used to love Quackshot as a kid. Though I never did finish it. The lack of any save or password feature really hurt it
Yeah, I ended up with about five hours of footage from redoing the last two or three stages a LOT. wasn't about to start over

Aw, man, a Quackshot remake with the style of the 2017 DuckTales could have been SO cool.
I would have loved that.
I remember playing The Lucky Dime Caper on Game Gear when I was a kid.
Great video dude! i would say more, but you had me break my fingers, so i am conserving my energy :P
I loved that Monty Python skit! That joke was gold!
I am quite proud of myself for that one, thank you.
The irony! I literally just got QuackShot for Christmas from my brother😂
Hey now, I love Quack Pack...
Sincerely, someone who's favorite cartoon of all time is Goof Troop.

Awesome video as always! Greetings from Sweden 🇸🇪
Great video esh!!!
22:09 ...you know Steam has a built-in, per-game controller setup system, yeah?
Which wouldn't work whenever I tried. I didn't boot up DS4 for nothing.
I love Quackshot. It was my first Metroidvania.
last fiction addiction video of 2024
Off topic but I love when Sweden & Denmark play each other in international sports tournaments cause the scoreboard always reads "SWE - DEN" 😂

I miss Horrible Horror
a new video of course i watch
Very good review as always. Did you try the Snes version of maui Mallard? That's the good one.
I did not. I only tried the PC version available on Steam.
I'm a little surprised Quack Attack/Goin' Quackers isn't included here. That was always my favorite Donald game.

@FictionAddiction good point. This is why I love your channel so much. You take time to look at the games and movies few others are willing to.
I agree that Daisy was a bit ungrateful, but what did you expect from Scrooge, honestly? A man who is legendary in fiction for his stingyness.
10/10 Gold Digger reference😅
oooo fun
