    To prepare this dish, wheat semolina is cooked in buttermilk for several hours. After this time, pieces of this paste-like mixture are balled and dried in the sun.
    Tarkhineh can be known as one of the first semi-prepared foods. This food is known as a cold medicine due to its natural antibiotic properties.
