Since Sugar Daddy oops I mean Frugal Daddy is really into sweets with high risk of having diabetes at his age, I strongly recommend for him to drink 15ml (1 tbs) of apple cider vinegar ( Braggs w/ the mother) every morning on 180 ml warm/ hot water in an empty stomach. Also at night he must drink the same before going to bed to help his insulin levels and prevent diabeteees. Pls do some research on this also you can make your own apple cider vinegar with the Mother too! Just research here in UA-cam for rhe video. God bless!

Hey kids, omgaga! Scores! I dont eat candy but, enjoy it! My dad's glove box was full of candy, he called it pogey bait😂😀😃😄 babywipes in the glovebox for those messy diving moments.

Magnesium prevents gray hair. Eat a lot of spinach too. I think the same way Amy, sometimes u can get caught in snow where no one can see ur car stuck, and u may not be able to leave the car, having granola bars would be a blessing!!

As soon as I saw the color on the box of Enjoy Life cookies coming out the bag I was jealous! My youngest is anaphylactic to multiple things- Enjoy Life is our favorite brand! Almost everything they make is safe for her. They are a great company, and their snacks actually taste good too! Hope you liked them FD!

Great frugal haul today. Found 2 lounge chair covers at DG. Then found a dumpster shared by DG and little caesar pizza ,so not only stuff from DG but also free pizzas. Seems they throw them all out at the end of the night. Blessings frugal Mark and Missy.

That is what I use them for.
They have hand sanitizer for that..but just incase they ran out..would be an awesome idea.

One of my sisters worked at Goodwill for years. Every time she needed something at home, she would ask the "spirits" of the store for it. A day or two later, it would show up in the donations! You asking the universe for toilet paper reminded me of that!😁🧻

Thank you for posting so often! It's such a highlight in my day to watch you, frugal daddy, and your amazing little girls. And, you're absolutely right about stocking up on supplies for unexpected catastrophes. Here in New Zealand we weren't at all prepared for the set of earthquakes that basically ripped our city apart, and at times like those you do need quick energy, water, radios, blankets, and warm clothing to see you through. I mean, you guys do find granola bars and snacks a lot. I'm sure frugal Daddy will get a chance to sample some of those bars when you restore your supplies with "fresh stock" so to speak.
When did these earthquakes hit?
Freakin Frugal - they were in 2010 and 2011! The city is finally looking liveable again, but it took a lot of work. It's still a beautiful place to live, but you know natural disasters and accidents do just happen sometimes :-) the one great things that came out of it all was seeing how wonderful and kind and giving people became, because we were all in it together. It certainly gives you a new appreciation for what you have 😊
My mom was diabetic so treats in my house growing up was slim to none except for life savers and butterscotch hard candies. I totally understand the girl’s excitement over them I had a flashback moment when you said that lol good times 😊 plus you two are so cute together when frugal daddy said are you kidding me? I’m a widow now but back in the day my husband use to say the same thing to me too funny lol thanks for the video you guys are great 😊
I like my chocolate chip cookies crispy too. Sometimes I like to dip them in milk, but I prefer a cup of tea alone with my cookies.
Baby wipes are great for cleaning rim and seat of toilets. Any of the dry surfaces that collect dust over time. Just don't flush em. That's just asking for trouble and there's no need to risk a clog. Into the regular trash they go.
Sugar free candies give me the runs😁

Survival food in the car is an excellent idea, Frugal Mommy. Not just for snow storms. I have read a number of accounts where people have driven off route and become lost literally for days before being discovered, sometimes alive, sometimes not, or have gone off a road into a ravine or ditch deep enough to hide their vehicle, etc. So it doesn’t have to be a snow storm. A small survival bag in each vehicle won’t hurt and may save a life. By the way, this was typed in my best British accent (which sounded perfect in my head). Love your many accents.
I have an Unger too. Hav you ever tried a snake grabber? I got this idea that if it can grab a snake it has to be efficient. Well, it really is. I got one and it’s amazing for those heavy boxes in the back of a dumpster. If you grab a heavy box and give the grabber a half twist to really latch it on, it pulls that stuff right to you. 😀

I hâd a good scrie too AT CVS, because they are Summer items... They have to get rid of them. I got a bunch of summer flavored seltzer water and 6-8 packs of Starbursts. Doesn’t expire until June 2020! And I found ten Honest Watermelon and Mango flavored Lemonade!!! In glass!!! I also found 2 Fish Oils that don’t expire until June 2020. I found two cases and ONE reading glasses! I didn’t know they were $25!😱

I seen that documentary on the honey! Your right 100% to be cautious. Tell Daddy that Wisconsin has snow so deep in winter that I have a milk crate in my trunk with emergency supplies Incase I get trapped in my vehicle.
The styrofoam box inside of a cardboard box is used for shipping vaccines! It has a great Mylar bag and ice packs inside. The actual storage space is quite small for groceries / picnics but it is perfect for shipping fragile items for my Etsy store or maybe CLOCKS.

I love babywipes and makeup remover wipes...after using i wash them...and put in a plastic container and put liquid soap or hand sanitazer for babywipes and liquid makeup remover for others..and i have a new package!!!😉 good job frugal dady!!!👌💜

Partial boxes are sometimes from people who open the boxes and eat out of them in the store. Sometimes it's kids, sometimes it's people that are mentally ill and sometimes it's people who are fully aware that they are stealing.
Magnesium also helps with sleep

On the subject of honey, we live in the country on about 160 acres. My husband wanted to have bees so we could have our own honey but it's such a lot of work. A local bee keeper set his hives on our property and we receive a few cases of honey each year for letting him use our land. What a sweet deal, free honey 🍯

I need those glasses cases because I buy $1 readers which, as you can imagine, don't come with cases, because I lose them or sit on them or the dog chews them, etc! Lol

Amy I totally agree, we have family over the pass in WA & ever since hearing about families stuck in blizzards or get stuck in the desert, go off the rd & survive but have to stay alive until they're found. My console is full of everything from trailmix to suckers for people with diabetes possibly riding with me.

Use seltzer as main liquid in smoothies. I also add a couple scoops of oj with pulp from frozen concentrate and canned coconut milk to flavor. I like mine sweet so use stevia n frozen super ripe banana with other fruit! The shelter gives it a nice zing! Herbal tea works good too!
I love the blueberry BelVita! And they are great edible spoon for Nutella! It’s whole grain, that’s healthy right
Diaper wipes work for that extra clean for all bums!

Hi Amy, Yes I’m still catching up on your old videos. Love them just as much as the current ones. In this one you found baby wipes. I use them a lot for wiping my hands and face (especially when it’s hot) and when I’m crafting. I saved the used ones (not the gross ones) and when I had a small bundle I opened them flat and put them into a laundry bag and washed them. Hung them out to dry. And now I can use them again for wiping up mess and for my crafting. Hanging them out to dry is the worst of the process. But if you hang a lower washing line and get the girls to hang them that would help. Give them a line each and turn it into a game or competition for some fun. Then give the winner a certificate. Get the girls to make the certificate first. It could become a regular competition. Because the wipes are cloth they can easily be washed but make sure you put them in a laundry bag or pillow slip first otherwise you will be picking them off everything you washed them with. It certainly is a money saver. If you want them wet just add water to a few in a ziplock bag. Now I have a large ziplock bag full of clean dry wipes ready to go. Anyway it’s just an idea. I have to take magnesium everyday can help stop you from having muscle cramps I was in a very bad car accident and I have chronic back spasms and sometimes I get cramps in the middle of the night in my calves with the way you and Frugal Daddy dance around dumpsters maybe y'all should take some it's really good
I live near Buffalo, NY and we've had a few good snow storms/blizzards where people have died in their cars. Not from lack of food though, from not enough gas to keep warm or from CO2 poisoning. It's actually more important to have water than food. Anyways, love you guys and your crazy videos.
Great haul WOW you always have the best luck with finding things like this. I wish you lived closer I'd take you to a few of my favorite locations that usually don't destroy anything before tossing it. I never know what to do with some of the more obscure things i find. I bet you would be a huge help in those situations. Seriously,adore you guys!
