I'm sorry, but I'm struggling to see how Pedersen was excluded for this incident. Yes, there is contact, but Kasprzak stays on the bike for a good 3 seconds after the contact, which would suggest that the contact DIDN'T cause the incident. Personally I believe that Pedersen has done absolutely nothing wrong by coming up the inside of Kasprzak even though there was contact. And just before anyone calls be "Blind or Mentally retarded", I just want to reference Heat 23 Start 2 of the 2013 Mitas Czech Republic FIM SGP where Kasprzak came up the inside of Pedersen on Turn 1 Lap 4 and Marek Wojaczek (POL) allowed the race to finish before excluding Pedersen because Pedersen failed to put the bike down soon enough, thus meaning the contact DID NOT contribute to the crash at hand

Had Kasprzak gone down immediately after Pedersen clipped him, you might have a case, but he doesn't; he holds it for the duration of 2 turns.

(a tak jak już wertujemy regulamin... gdzie kończy i zaczyna się pierwszy łuk? :) o ile wiem nie ma jakiegoś wyznacznika czy to jest do konca dmuchawca czy chwile przed itp :P) pozdrawiam

Później tylko debile będą po Tobie powtarzać, że powinni w powtórce jechać w 4. Równie dobrze można skomentować tą sytuację, że Kasprzak i Pedersen powinni startować 50 m z tyłu. In my opinion, Kashprak was to blame in this situation. he wanted to go to the inner circle, which was already going Pedersen. And Kashprak made a dangerous maneuver. And secondly, his behavior after this incident was unworthy, unrestrained. Unfortunately, the judges did not understand this situation.

In the beginning it looks like pedersen ram kasprzak but another angle u can c that kasprzak run in to pedersen because he didn't c him. Its a bit of a racing accident but pedersen should stay tight so he didn't push kasprzak at all. Than it would b kasprzak 100 % fault. Bad luck sometimes.
Pedersen did nothing wrong here. He saw an opportunity and gave it a chance. His move was clean. Kasprzak was behind, and the accident was a play. Referee made a wrong decision.

Cutting corners, wheel standing, aggressive behaviour (fighting) and showing off when they win. They aren't humble in victory and are not humble when they lose. Unlike the stars from yesteryear they are show offs.
