Floor 2 bathrooms isnt fastest down, it is floor 0 elevator, which skips the part where you drop through and spawns you right infront of the elevator and next to basement stairs, hope this helps

@MetaSukiya quest 2 PCVR. I turned down all settings and went through them, adjusting one at a time and found shadows were causing a lot of it. It's the textured carpets I seem to have an issue with. I found the moment I walked over them the shaking started. It's not as bad on lower settings but I still don't feel I can play the map properly like this
